At Happy Way, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your fashion find isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
